What stood out to me from this report is that bullying is a big issue in the city of philadelphia. One girl from the report was brutaly beating up and she had to transfer to a new school. Honestly i think she should not have been the one to transfer schools. Learning enviroments are becoming worst to me as i watched the news reports from Assault on learning.

I think this issue is important to address in our school district because people are capable  of more things than just fighting. A prime example is two student can be fighting and one feels as though he lost the fight and the next day he brings a gun to school and try’s to kill the other student. I was watching the news the other night and a student was picking on another student so the student that was being bullied reacted in a physical way and slammed the other student into the ground. This boy could have died. So I think our school district needs to  crack down on these types of issues like bullying.

The type of recommendations I would make to reduce the violence in our city schools is we nee more authority like school police and things. I think our schools are giving kids a lot of breaks. Like in my school wen students fight they do not get suspensions they get agreements. Suspensions would help some student because it lets them know that they can not get away with a lot of things so they will not do it. Also more counselors would help the violence situation because student will have someone to talk to about their problems.

A personal experience I had in school was a time when I was always fighting in school. I was always angry because I was tired of fighting, I think people thought because I was smaller than them I could not defend my self. Then it all stopped and i had people to talk to about my anger.

Reaction: I was very angry when I read this part of the book. Those people couldn’t lay down to get a rest or they would get in trouble. That is cruel how the germans jewish people stand for hours with out sitting down or taking a rest. They were able to eat either. I think Germans should have at least gave them something to eat.

I dreamed of a bed, of my mothers caress. And I woke up: I was standing, my feet was in mud.

Some people collapsed and lay where the were. Others cried:

“Are you mad? We’ve been told to stay standing. Do you want to bring trouble on us all?”

As if all trouble in the world had not descended already upon our heads!!

My response to the movie bullied s that that that film was very sad. I think nobody deserves to be bullied no matter what they do. I always heard that people that bully others have problems at home and the can’t find a good way to express how they feel. I also heard that they might have been bullied so they think its rite so they do it to others.

Jamie’s experience does not make me think of a point in my life. I don’t remember being bullied or being in a situation like that. If have been I don’t remember. I honestly do see bullying in FLC

A solution for bullying could be suspension or detention. I think kids that bully other kids should be kicked out of FLC for good. This should not be going on in any school. This is what I think about this topic.

I think the authors purpose for writing was to explain what happens to two girls that get a phone call oine night. The person tells them not to come to the zoo to work. Then a bunch of wierd things happen during their time there.

This book is intgende to people that like suspensful books.

I would rate this book a 5.

I rated this book a 5 because it isn’t a book i would read because it dosen’t have enough action.

I do not consider myself a writer. I say this because writing does not interest me. I believe I am capable of writing but I do not use my creativity for this specific thing. I am more of a person that plays sports and go outside a lot. I love reading poems from certain writers like Maya Angelou and Langston Hughes. The only time I can say I’m a writer is when I am writing something personal or a poem or song. Writing is somewhat boring to me. These are the reasons I don’t consider myself a writer

The problem with american teens reading habbits is they are not reading on the level they should be on according to the text. I do agree with the arguement because because sometimes when i sit in class and hear my classmates read it dosen’t sound to good. My current independent book choice is thief and the beanstalk. It is a good book it is full of action and suspense.

What made me confused was that the electric cars cost a lot. I say this because in the article it says the cars cost about 41,000. Also I think the electric car is a false dawn. I say this because the electric car cost about $15,000 more than a gas car because of the egine. I think congress should mandate vroomtones, I say this because   people could be hurt not being aware that a car is coming because it is very silent.

The president of pakistan name is Asif All Zardari. The problems that recent monsoon rains have caused are Land slides, raising waters in big lakes. The places that were hard hit by the rains was northern Swat Valley, Kalam, Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Province. The last major disaster that happen in pakistan was in 2005. Aid workers had trouble reaching people because the water levels were rising so the had to use donkeys or travel by foot to reach people that needed help. 14 million people were affected by the disaster in pakistan.

The argument the author is trying to make is that people that use electronics for their everyday life don’t learn as much as someone that don’t. The author is also trying to say people need to get outside more it helps you learn more. But it says people that use their electronics a lot are more tired than people who go outside and look at nature. I honestly don’t agree with the author. I say this because I use electronics all of the time and I am always energized. Also I am an honor roll student. This is intended to people who use electronics all of the time and I think the younger group.
